Most of our pieces are made to order. Handcrafted items usually take 3–5 weeks in total to arrive, and handwoven rugs usually take 4–7 weeks. Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivered 2–10 business days later. If a product page gives its own estimate, that estimate applies.

Standard shipping is free Australia-wide. We currently ship within Australia only.

We can help you choose a pendant size and hanging length for your space. Send us your ceiling height (floor to ceiling), product link, a photo or image link, and tell us whether the light will hang above a table, kitchen island or open walkway. For a table or island, include its height and dimensions.

For high or low ceilings, we will check the available suspension options for your chosen model before you order. Ask us before ordering.

Many of our handcrafted pieces can be made in custom sizes or finishes, subject to artisan confirmation. Send us the product link, preferred dimensions, finish, quantity and delivery postcode, plus any reference images or drawings.

We will confirm feasibility, specifications, the total price and estimated production and shipping times before you approve the order. We can then prepare a custom listing. Ask us before ordering.

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging, and the return is approved by us before it is sent back. Made-to-order, custom and personalised items are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected. Read our full returns policy.

Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth and avoid chemical cleaners, which can strip the natural patina. For lighting, switch off and let the lamp cool before cleaning.

Because each piece is handmade, small variations in colour, size, pattern and finish are normal. They are part of the character of handcrafted work and make every piece unique.
