Some objects exist to be used. This one exists to be noticed.
A two-tone hand-hammered copper vessel sink that carries the weight and soul of a craft passed down through generations in the historic medinas of Morocco.
Run your hand across the surface. Outside, the copper is dark and still—a matte black oxidized skin, cool and deliberately restrained, each hammer mark pressed into the metal like a held breath. Then look inside: rose copper, warm and luminous, catching light and releasing it slowly in shifting amber tones. The dense, concentric rings of hammer strikes spiral outward from the central drain like a memory of the artisan’s hands that shaped it. No machines. No shortcuts. Nothing pressed, nothing stamped—only hands, heat, and pure intention.
This exquisite handcrafted Moroccan copper sink is made exclusively for Sahara Collection by master coppersmiths in the vibrant souks of Marrakech. Every piece takes 3 to 5 days of meticulous labor to complete. The pure copper sheet is cut and shaped over a traditional wooden mold into its deep hemispherical form, then hand-hammered inside and out before the exterior receives its matte black oxidized patina and the interior is polished to reveal the glowing rose copper beneath. The patina deepens beautifully over time, and its solid weight instantly assures you of its authentic quality.
Picture it on a bathroom vanity paired with a brushed brass or gold faucet—the black exterior perfectly grounding the space while the warm rose copper interior glows brilliantly every time water catches the light. That is the exact moment a room stops looking merely decorated and starts feeling masterfully curated.
